You can get involved in activities than influence council decision making and have your say on public services by joining the West Northamptonshire Consultation Register and the West Northamptonshire Residents’ Panel.

West Northamptonshire Consultation Register

The West Northamptonshire Consultation Register is the way to find out about consultations run by West Northamptonshire Council.

The Consultation Register is open to anyone to join and you’ll receive an email when a new consultation opens on the West Northamptonshire Consultation Hub. To join, please complete the Consultation Register sign up form.

West Northamptonshire Residents’ Panel

West Northamptonshire Council would like local people to get involved with our Residents’ Panel. We need your input to get a better understanding of residents' views on various local issues and public services.

As a resident panel member, you’ll:

  • Have the opportunity to give your views to your Council and our partners and have a greater say in influencing local decisions that matter
  • Receive invites to take part in surveys, focus groups and workshops
  • Have the choice to join the Consultation Register to be emailed about new consultations run by West Northamptonshire Council

You don’t need any expert knowledge of the public sector to join the Residents’ Panel, you only need to:

  • Live in West Northamptonshire
  • Be aged 16 or over

We are not able to offer panel members any financial incentives for participating. However, most of the people involved with the Residents' Panel enjoy being given the opportunity to learn more about, and influence, the development of public services.

If you join the Consultation Register and / or the Residents’ Panel and decide that it's not for you, then you can unsubscribe at any time and your details will then be permanently removed.
