Have your say on Further Road Traffic Enforcement Camera Locations in West Northants

A School Street aims to reduce vehicles near school gates at drop-off and pick-up times to create a safer and healthier environment for children and families. These schemes reduce traffic congestion and air pollution, decrease road danger, and encourage walking, cycling, and other active forms of travel to and from school.

Ellis Way, on approach to Bridgewater Primary School, is being proposed as the test site for School Street enforcement. This initiative aims to improve child safety around the school during drop-off and pick-up times and it is hoped that the scheme will encourage active travel, promoting physical health for both pupils and parent.
