Visitor Use of the Upper Nene Valley
Overview
This is a survey undertaken in partnership with North Northamptonshire Council, Bedford Borough Council and the Beds, Cambs and Northants Wildlife Trust.
We are currently undertaking a project to understand how people use the Nene Valley for recreation, so we can understand the impact on the important wildlife habitats in the area. The Upper Nene Valley refers to the specific washlands and lakes either side of the River Nene between Northampton and Thrapston in Northamptonshire.
As part of this an online survey has been developed. If you go out into the valley to walk, run, cycle, fish, birdwatch, row or indeed undertake any other activity it would help us for you to be involved in the survey.
You should only complete the survey once, and can do so at any time. The survey will be open until the end of December 2022 and it should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
