0-19s CYP Health Needs Assessment - Parents and Carers
Overview
The West Northamptonshire and North Northamptonshire Public Health Team is assessing the health and wellbeing services which support Children and Young People (CYP) aged 0-19 and their families, to gain understanding of the current health and wellbeing needs, demands and any improvements in those services across Northamptonshire. This includes young people up to age 25 where there is a statutory responsibility (as defined under SEND code of practice: 0 to 25 years - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)).
We want to make sure that we hear your voice as parents and carers so that we can see what is working well and what could be improved. We are also seeking views from health, social care and education professionals, schools, governors, and other stakeholders.
The information you give us will be collated with other responses and used to inform future strategy and commissioning of 0-19s health and wellbeing services in Northamptonshire.
The survey should take no longer than 15 minutes. Your feedback will be part of a report with many other responses. We keep all this information secure, and the data will be shared with the people who run and make decisions on services for young people.
