Proposal:
Remove the build-out (shown above) at the Robert Street end of Connaught Street and create additional parking spaces.

Proposal:
Remove the build-out (shown above) on the corner of Connaught Street and Charles Street and create additional parking spaces.

TM03a (Margaret / Robert build-out 1)
Location of the proposal on Google Maps: Margaret Street (towards Robert Street)
Proposal:
Remove the build-out (shown above) in front of number 43 Margaret Street, on the corner towards Robert Street, and create additional parking spaces.

Location of the proposal on Google Maps: Margaret Street (towards Robert Street)
Proposal:
Remove the build-out (shown above) next to 49 Robert Street and create additional parking spaces.

TM03c (Margaret / Charles build-out 3)
Location of the proposal on Google Maps: Margaret Street (towards Charles Street)
Proposal:
Remove the build-out (shown above) at the Charles Street end of Margaret Street and create additional parking.
Justification:

TM04a (Cranstoun / Charles build-out)
Location of the proposal on Google Maps: Cranstoun Street (towards Robert Street)
Proposal:
Remove the build-out (shown above) at the Charles Street end of Cranstoun Street and allow space for additional parking.
Justification:
The build-out is a regular fly-tipping spot. Removing this would reduce fly-tipping and could provide further parking opportunities to meet demand.
TM04b (Cranstoun yellow lines)
Location of the proposal on Google Maps: Cranstoun Street
Proposal:
Remove the double yellow lines (shown above) on Cranstoun Street and to create an uninterrupted parking bay.
Justification:
There appears to be no reason for the interruption of parking bay space with double yellow lines, and this could be amended to create an additional parking space.
TM04c (Cranstoun / Robert build-out)
Location of the proposal on Google Maps: Cranstoun Street (towards Robert Street)
Proposal:
Remove the build-out (shown above) at the Robert Street end of Cranstoun Street and allow space for additional parking. The build-out is next to 65 Robert Street.
Justification:
The build-out is a regular fly-tipping spot. Removing this would reduce fly-tipping and could provide further parking opportunities to meet demand.
TM05a (Dunster triangle build-out)
Location of the proposal on Google Maps: Dunster Street
Proposal:
Remove the triangular build-out (shown above) on Dunster Street.
Justification:
Removing the triangular build-out separating the parallel parking area from the diagonal parking spaces would create an additional parking space.
TM05b (Dunster yellow lines)
Location of the proposal on Google Maps: Dunster Street
Proposal:
Remove the single yellow line (shown above) on Dunster Street and replace it with additional parking spaces.
Justification:
The single yellow line prevents cars parking outside properties between 8am and 6pm. This space could be utilised by residents or visitors and help alleviate some of the parking issues in the area.
TM05c (Dunster long build-out)
Location of the proposal on Google Maps: Dunster Street
Proposal:
Remove the paved build-out (to blue line, shown above) on Dunster Street and create space for additional parking.
Justification:
The build-out is a regular fly-tipping spot. Residents have put up signs and set up planters to disrupt fly-tipping which has improved, but not resolved, the issues. Removing the build-out would reduce fly-tipping and increase parking opportunities in an area where there is currently high demand for spaces.
TM05d (End of Dunster Street)
Location of the proposal on Google Maps: Dunster Street
Proposal:
Remove the build-out (shown above) towards the end of Dunster Street.
Justification:
The build-out is a hot spot for fly-tipping so removal will help. The build-out also creates issues for cars parking in the diagonal spaces opposite.
TM06 (Alcombe Road)
Location of the proposal on Google Maps: Alcombe Road
Proposal:
Remove the build-out (shown above) up to the post and extend the parking bay to create additional parking space on this side.
Justification:
There is regular fly-tipping here, so removing the build out will help. It could also provide further parking in an area where there is high demand.
TM07a (Queens Road build-out)
Location of the proposal on Google Maps: Queens Road build-out
Proposal:
Remove build-out (shown above) on Queens Road.
Justification:
The area regularly attracts fly-tipping. Removal would reduce the issue and create additional parking spaces on the road where there is high demand.
TM07b (Queens Road triangle)
Location of the proposal on Google Maps: Queens Road triangle
Proposal:
Remove the build-out and double yellow lines (shown above) on Queens Road.
Justification:
Removing the build-out and double yellow lines to extend the parking bay will reduce the space for fly-tipping accumulation. This also provides additional parking in an area where there is a high demand.
TM07c (Queens Road / Clare Street)
Location of the proposal on Google Maps: Queens Road / Clare Street
Proposal:
Remove the build-out (shown above) at the Clare Street end of Queens Road.
Justification:
There is a high level of fly-tipping at this junction of Clare Street and Queens Road that could be tackled by removing the build-out.
